Coaches Information

Welcome to the Coaches Information section. Here you will find a list of resources and support tools to help you with preparing your training sessions and managing your teams. Should you have any other support requests or questions please do send to director.rugby@trc.sg or catch me at the ground each Sunday.

Training Support

You as coaches are all encouraged to complete the Rugby Ready Certificate which is an elearning course provided by World Rugby. Go to the following link http://passport.worldrugby.org/ register or log in and complete the modules as time allows, and once completed all modules you will receive a certificate valid for 2 years. This will ensure you have an eye on the latest best practice in managing risk while training the players under your care. All coaches as a minimum should complete this training.

I would also encourage all coaches to complete the Laws of the Game awareness modules, so we are all abreast of the latest laws, also an elearning at http://passport.worldrugby.org/

I would also encourage you all to become familiar with and use the World Rugby Coaching Key Factors when planning your sessions. For ease they are available in the sections of this webpage:
