Instructions for Team Admins - Add Players or coaches to your Team
Team Admins can add Players' names (and positions) to their team. Only players who have confirmed that they will be joining TRC after their trial period should be added.

How to add players (creating a Player Profile):
Over 14s policy: Pitchero has a policy of only allowing people over 14 years of age to join the website. Therefore,
- For over 14s teams (i.e U18s, U16s) players should be invited to join the site once their names have been entered by the Team Admin (note: adding players' email addresses when entering players' details will result in an automatic invitation to join the site).
- For under 14s teams (U14s, U13s...U8s, etc.), Team Admins should invite parents to join the site both as Parents and also as Players (selecting the appropriate team) so they can respond to fixture availability on behalf of their child. (Note, the Webmaster approving the application will link the Parent to the appropriate Player Profile already created by the Team Admin).
How to add players (creating a Player Profile):
- Select the Team Admin Panel (click on the Admin box next to your name in the top right hand corner)
- Select Team Information under the team you represent
- Select Players & Coaches
- Select +Add a new Player
- Enter First and Last name (and email address if wishing to invite over 14 years of age players, otherwise leave blank). Entering a Position is optional.
- Click on the Save button
