The U8J (under 7s) age group mini rugby program aims to develop further the basic skills (catching, passing and running) to encourage team work and support play.
We will also introduce attacking and defensive skills and stratagies to help win games whilst still having lots of fun.
U8 (and according U8J) rugby games and competitions are touch only without tackle however, like all major team sport, an element of contact is expected.
